The CFS works with adolescents, foster families, and their families, providing therapeutic and case management services. The CFS must be committed to empowerment of families and be willing to work in a high demand work situation which requires flexibility and willingness to use a range of interventions and modalities in case management and therapeutic services.

Requirements:
Master's degree in social services, experience working with children and families in a social service setting, commitment to empowerment of families, and competency in case management and therapeutic services.
