"Holston Home is a Christian ministry providing hope and healing for children and families struggling with life's challenges."
To achieve that lofty objective, Holston Home operates with the following VISION:
"Holston Home strives to be the agency of first choice in serving children and families with special needs in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. The agency will continuously be recognized as a regional child- and family-service leader with energetic and involved trustees and competent, committed staff and volunteers.

To fulfill our mission, we work to build meaningful, trusting relationships which result in wholeness and permanency for children and families. Building on the foundation of Christian principles and best-practice standards, we offer a broad array of services, including:

• Adoption and foster-family care
