Landscaping Coordinator

The Landscaping Coordinator performs landscaping and related services to maintain safe and attractive grounds. This role will oversee and coordinate with vendors who provide a variety of landscaping and grounds keeping services for the Agency.


• Requires a minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving capability.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office and email.
• Prolonged periods standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time and sustain repetitive movement.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Thorough understanding of how to care for various types of lawns, greenery, and plants as well as having a basic understanding of grounds keeping and landscaping practices and procedures.
• Ability to use hand tools required for landscaping and is capable of operating various types of power equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Must subscribe to the agency’s Mission Statement and Organizational Values.
• Must be aware of and sensitive to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of those served by the agency.
