The Therapist is a clinical position administratively responsible to the Administrator of Program Support Services for the coordination and provision of therapeutic services for youth and their families in accordance with the youth’s service plan. These responsibilities include participation treatment planning from intake to discharge. The Therapist provides individual, family and group therapy, participates in team decisions regarding other treatment needs and modalities, gives consultation to parents, staff, etc., and assists in accessing such other treatment services as may be identified. The therapist will receive supervision from Administrator of Program Support Services.


Minimum of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field. Licensure preferred. Certification in TFCBT preferred.

Minimum of two years post graduate work experience with abused/neglected youth and their families in a clinical setting preferred.
