Come join Tony & Pamela Maxwell as we partner with Iris Greeneville, Mountain People Worship, and Holston Home for Children to witness the powerful move of God in the mountains of Tennessee!
This is a time to press into His voice and draw near as He draws near to you. The Lord is steering the wagon train as we journey into the new, positioning His people are raising up leaders for the end-time army. He is recoating your armor and preparing you for what is next. He is preparing His people for an outpouring.
Step into the cutting edge of what He is doing—the time is now for America.
“Release everything, even how you’ve done it in the past, and move with me. Let go of the reins and all the controls. I’m steering the wagon train; I know where to go. Don’t put a description or time limit on it. Your times are in my hands. I am positioning you, your family, moving Harvest School into reconfiguration. We are stepping into the new. I am going to reveal myself as never before.” -From Pamela Maxwell’s Journal
The next step is Greeneville, and He is calling many to join us. Is He calling you? Will you say yes and step into His invitation?

Greeneville, TN
Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, in the small town of Greeneville, is a place where God is moving in powerful ways. This area, once touched by the Second Great Awakening, saw captives set free, and we believe that God is moving in this same way once more. A new awakening has begun, and its roots are reaching deep into the lives of some of the most broken and marginalized members of our society—children in the custody of the state of Tennessee who are unable to live in their natural homes. Iris Greeneville partners with Holston Home for Children, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of the Gospel in the lives of the abandoned and unwanted.
God is radically touching these communities, bringing powerful transformation—in the youth, jails, rehab centers, trailer parks, and churches. He is the God who sees… those caught up in addiction, brokenness, hopelessness and shame… His healing love is being poured out in the hidden places, releasing freedom and wholeness to the ones the world has thrown away, restoring the years the locusts have eaten, and crowning them with their full inheritance and true identity for His glory.
In Greeneville, you will participate in many activities, including the following:
- Encounter Jesus in such a deep way it changes your life forever.
- Be trained virtually by Heidi and Rolland Baker from Mozambique.
- Be trained by international ministers and missionaries.
- Live with a company of abandoned, holy and whole-hearted lovers.
- Gain an understanding of how to minister cross-culturally.
- Minister to the broken, orphaned, and abandoned in a first-world setting.
- Bring Jesus to children who have been removed from their families, coming from backgrounds of poverty, drug addiction, sexual abuse, and neglect.
- Learn how to bring the heartbeat of God through Iris Global into an existing ministry in your town.
- Outreaches in the Appalachian mountains.
- Participate in an overnight worship/camping trip to the Smoky Mountains.
- Kayaking, canoeing, biking, horseback riding, painting, rope courses, volleyball, basketball.
Vision
With prayer at the center of all we do, we trust God to lead every step of this journey. He is orchestrating the details, and we know this will be an incredible adventure with our King! Iris Harvest School is a Spirit-filled, Spirit-led, hands-on evangelistic missions training school. Our heart is to raise up and send out passionate lovers of Jesus who will bring His Kingdom to the ends of the earth.
- For the radically called—a community of students with a clear call to missions, stepping into the greatest adventure of their lives alongside like-minded and like-hearted believers.
- That trains and equips laid-down lovers of Jesus—sending out fearless messengers who carry His presence, power, and love wherever they go.
- That carries the DNA of Iris Global—raising up students who embody and live out our core values in every situation they encounter.
- Where lives are transformed—a place where students daily experience the overwhelming love and power of God.
- That releases the resources of God’s Kingdom—empowering students to meet both spiritual and physical needs through the power of the Holy Spirit.
- That teaches love in action—equipping students to bring the good news to the poor, care for widows, heal the sick, set captives free, stop for the one, and believe for the multitudes.
Our vision is simple: CALLED TO LOVE. It’s a love that costs everything—passionate, compassionate, extravagant. A love that gives without expecting in return. A laid-down life. A love that looks like something. This vision is changing the world, one person at a time, one nation at a time.
Matthew 9:36-38: “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”
Holston Home for Children

Since its founding in 1895 when Mrs. E.E. Wiley, a widow, heard God’s call to start an orphanage and took in her first homeless child, Holston Home has assisted more than 10,000 children. The home is situated on 155 acres of gently rolling hillside in Greeneville. Their goal is always to do what is best for the children, whether it’s reuniting with family, adoption, or successfully transitioning to adulthood. They provide hope and healing for a brighter future by sharing the love of Jesus with children and families struggling with life’s challenges.
