Summary/objective:
The Office Manager is to ensure that all Residential Child and Family Specialists and residential services clerical and office support functions are addressed. This individual is responsible to the Director of Residential Child and Family Specialists.
Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional office skills/business course work is preferred.
- Must be able to use computers efficiently (i.e., word processing, data storage/retrieval, etc.)
- Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities quickly and efficiently.
- Must possess professional demeanor and skills in dealing with other staff and members of the community.
- Must have knowledge of and abide by rules of confidentiality.
- Must be sighted and have good communication skills.
- Must have the physical health to demonstrate regular job attendance.
- Must subscribe to the Agency’s Mission Statement and Organizational Values.
- Must demonstrate an awareness of and sensitivity to the various cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the clients and staff members.
